Fund for Fostering Local Industries (Kyoto Prefecture)

Kyoto Prefecture provides funding for promising early-stage venture businesses. The funds below will foster and support manufacturing industries to develop Kyoto’s economy.

Objective Company Kyoto-based manufacturing venture business engaging in New Kyoto Brand including IT, QQL and pilot industry
Prerequisite Establishing the headquarters office in the prefecture
Fund Raising Period From December 27, 2004
Investment Period For approximately 3 years
Management Period 10-12 years (aiming to found 2-3 stock listed companies, which is 30% of invested companies)
Funding Amount 100 million yen(maximum)
Fund Tendor 2.3 billion yen (including 600 million yen from the Kyoto Prefecture)
